2. QR Codes
Our QR codes never expire, and there are no scan limits. Once generated, you can use them indefinitely, as long as they comply with our reasonable use policy (see section 6). However, we reserve the right to disable any QR code that violates our terms or is used for inappropriate or illegal purposes.
3. Privacy
We respect your privacy. The information we collect is used to improve our services. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
4. Payments
Some features of QR2U may require payment. Fees for premium services are clearly outlined, and by using these services, you agree to pay any applicable charges.
5. Service Availability
While we strive to keep QR2U up and running 24/7, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to perform maintenance from time to time, and will do our best to notify you in advance.
6. Reasonable Use
We ask that you use our services responsibly. QR2U is designed for legitimate purposes, including personal use, business use, and promotional activities. You agree not to:
- Use QR codes for any illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes.
- Engage in activities that overload or misuse our servers.
- Use QR codes in a way that violates the rights of others, including privacy or intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and disable QR codes that violate this policy.
7. Termination
You can cancel your account at any time. We also reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate our Terms of Service or misuse the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through your account or via email.
9. Inactive QR Code Deletion Policy
QR2U reserves the right to delete QR codes that have not been scanned within a consecutive two-month period. This policy helps maintain system efficiency and allows us to focus resources on active QR codes that deliver value. Users will receive a notification 7 days before any such deletion, providing an opportunity to retain or reactivate the QR code.
