Excellent service offered! The cuisine is remarkable and I would strongly endorse a woman named Mandy. She has a knack for making us feel exceptionally at home! She truly surpasses expectations. 🙂

I must express profound disquietude after my recent experiences at this establishment, leaving me deeply disheartened. Despite having visited thrice since the change of management, I have yet to experience a proper meal - the fare consisted solely of pastries and tea. During my latest visit, sandwiches were on offer, but due to staffing shortages, they hadn't engaged a professional chef. Regrettably, the execution and presentation of these sandwiches were subpar. What's more, there were no napkins provided and the accompanying so-called salad was simply uninspiring rocket leaves, a stark contrast to the delightful salads and refined touch we used to enjoy courtesy of the Olive Grove, despite maintaining the high prices. On a brighter note, the staff did their best and maintained a friendly demeanor amid the chaos. Unfortunately, this couldn't salvage the venue's completely lackluster ambiance. With regret, I must say I am not inclined to return anytime soon, and it seems I'm not the only one feeling disenchanted, given the noticeably sparse clientele – it appears the Olive Grove is indeed missed.

On a quiet Thursday lunch hour, we found ourselves in a nearly empty restaurant, joined only by two other diners. With limited menu options, we opted for a jacket potato. Unfortunately, the potato was overdone yet paradoxically tough in the middle, giving the impression of having been left under a heat lamp despite being barely warm - evident as the cheese didn’t even have the chance to melt. Unfortunately, our attempt to improve the dryness with mayonnaise was unsuccessful, as it simply stuck to the surface. Our only solace was a decent side salad. We did express our dissatisfaction regarding the potato, but no action was taken. Regrettably, we don't foresee a revisit.

This cafe was horrendous! A complete waste of money and time. Every surface was cluttered with heaps of uncleared plates and cups, and we found ourselves having to tidy up. The food was nothing short of disastrous. They were out of basic utensils, overlooked our drink order, and presented us with a single filthy glass, suggesting we share it!
