The meal was truly delightful. I generally opt for Indian takeaway rather than dining in, as I've grown to favor it. However, I just experienced the most excellent dhansak, and the customer service was absolutely faultless. I'll without a doubt be returning.

We've been to this place a number of times, relishing in their delicious offerings, each one prepared as per order which, understandably, takes time. In the past, we struggled a bit keeping our beverages topped up, but on our recent visit, the staff seemed more attentive to our drink needs, essential for maintaining a good atmosphere while awaiting our meals. I noticed one of the servers wasn't as cheerful or affable as the rest. With a large group of eight, meal serving got a bit chaotic as the servers called out the meal names and the diners strained to identify their orders. It would really enhance the dining experience if the servers could remember who ordered what. Finally, it's rather disappointing that they don't serve any kind of tea! Both us Brits and Indians are well-known tea drinkers. It would be wonderful if they could invest in some tea pots and tea bags, particularly popular choices like peppermint tea. Despite this, it's the taste of their food that will continue to bring us back.

Excellent cuisine, wonderful staff, an upbeat atmosphere, and superb value for money- especially their unparalleled curry. The Cobra is a must-try too! I wouldn't hesitate to suggest this place to anyone nearby. It stands out as the top curry establishment in Eastleigh.

The cuisine was exceptional and the customer service was top-notch - it surpassed all expectations! The reservation process was smooth and hassle-free while the parking facilities were supremely convenient.

The culinary experience wasn't satisfying as the butter chicken was missing from the menu and the korma tasted excessively sweet. The lamb preparation was disappointing too, with a considerable oil coat along with overly fatty lamb chunks. However, what prompted this comment was the unanticipated service charge tagged onto a three-person table - quite peculiar, given that such charges are traditionally reserved for larger group tables, say of six or more.
