My partner and I experienced this place for the first time this past Saturday, and we were thoroughly impressed. The food was sensational, and the serving sizes were substantial - there's no chance you'll walk away hungry. The staff's friendliness and assistance were equally commendable. I would strongly urge others to give it a try. We are certainly planning on returning!

My visit to Persian Palace in Reading was truly splendid. The cuisine was an exceptional journey through genuine Persian tastes, with each plate expertly crafted to the highest degree. The staffing was in a class of its own - each member attentive and epitomizing professionalism. Pardis, in particular, added an irreplaceable touch to the experience. Her warm demeanor and friendly approach greatly enriched our time there. She went the extra mile to guarantee our satisfaction, delivering standout customer service backed by a heartfelt smile. The setting was just as notable, boasting elegance and comfort in equal measures, providing an ideal backdrop for a memorable gastronomic venture. I unreservedly recommend Persian Palace to anyone in pursuit of unrivaled Persian culinary delights coupled with premier service. An all-around five-star encounter indeed!

Enjoying Halal cuisine at this location was an absolute delight. Originally, our plan was to satisfy our cravings with some late afternoon treats, but we ended up indulging in a full-fledged dinner! To start off, we savored the warmth of freshly baked bread accompanied by hummus, before diving into our main dishes. Despite ordering just for two, the generous portion sizes allowed our son to share the meal as well, with the surplus being packed to take home. Their admirable service quality is manifested through the upbeat and cheerful employees serving the food. Be sure not to miss out on the refreshing mint tea and Baklava dessert after your meal - the tea is particularly divine. Diners are treated to a delightful riverside view to accompany their meals, and with spring in full swing, the river is teeming with majestic swans. Furthermore, they also offer shisha service in the lower level of the establishment.

The position of this place by the river is fantastic, and the service couldn't have been better with a very mindful staff. As for the food, it was commendable although I would have appreciated a touch more meat considering the cost. The menu displayed an array of sheesha flavours, however, lacked the corresponding prices. Without giving it much thought, we ordered it following our meal, having experienced sheesha throughout England and London in the past. However, we were taken aback when it racked up a £30 charge on our bill, just for the two of us. This significantly overstepped my expectations of cost for what it was, which inevitably cast a shadow over our day. Persian Palace, kindly reconsider this approach, it feels like a ripoff.

Thoroughly enjoyed the venue and cuisine. The service was quick, effective, and delivered by a courteous, highly-trained team. The dishes were full of flavor. Most of us had a first-time experience with Persian fare and found it absolutely delightful. The mutton/lamb kebab deserves a particular note of praise. It was nothing short of delectable and stood out as the top pick. I'm looking forward to sampling the Sisha in the future. My gratitude for the wonderful food and service.
