The ambiance and service were indeed commendable, but sadly, the food and portion sizes left a lot to be desired. To illustrate, the prominently displayed chicken miso soup ramen came with a mere three thin slices of chicken breast - a factual recount, not an embellishment. The same meager portion was served to my wife, making it a far cry from the lavish representation in the picture. The appetizers too were a letdown. The gyozas came across as pulled out from a frozen packet rather than being freshly prepared, and the chicken strips were excessively fried, lacking flavor. However, the size of the child's portion was satisfactory. In summary, it was a disappointing experience and I am not inclined to return.

A year or so ago, our dining experience at this place was nothing short of spectacular. But sadly, our most recent visit was not the same. We did still enjoy the attentive service and the ambiance. However, the food was a letdown. The ramen soup we ordered, served cold, was far from satisfying. Even the eggs, though flawlessly prepared, were disappointingly frigid. The overall flavor of the soup was unpleasant, prompting me to leave my meal half-eaten. It's quite regrettable considering our previous wonderful experience here.

Without a doubt, the very best ramen I've tasted in Southampton is served here, it's simply irresistible! Despite the prices being incredibly reasonable, there's absolutely no compromise on the quality.

I dropped by this gem on the 1st of September. It's a haven for dog-lovers like me, which I greatly appreciate. On a general note, I would rate it a 4 since there's room for betterment in the food department. The egg served was slightly cold inside, the prawns seemed overdone, and the chicken didn't taste quite fresh. Despite these, I quite enjoyed my broth and overall, had a rather delightful dining experience. I must say, their ramen was wholesome and left me satisfyingly satiated. My husband tried their Miso, which seemed saltier than usual to me. However, the teriyaki beef was decent. On another high note, the Gyoza was tremendously good. The staff served us warmly with beaming smiles adding to the impressionable customer service. It's generally a charming little place and I wouldn't mind giving it another visit next time I'm around.
