For our anniversary, my significant other and I made the choice to dine at this establishment. I must say, the culinary experience we had that night was unmatched, it had been quite some time since we sampled such exquisite food. The mussels offered a cornucopia of taste, and the lamb shank, so tender, it practically dissolved off the bone with only a slight touch. This delightful dish was paired wonderfully with flavourful thyme mash and beautifully roasted vegetables. Closing our meal with the lusciously creamy crème brûlée, topped off with perfectly caramelised sugar, was the ideal way to satisfy our sweet tooth. The service, provided by Oliver, was simply top-tier. His professionalism and dedication were so exceptional that I've considered enticing him to work at my own establishment. Our appreciation for such a memorable evening can't be overstated and we are certain that we will soon return. Regardless of where you are, it's worth travelling to discover this hidden treasure of a place. I guarantee you'll leave with no regrets.

Despite frequently driving by this establishment, we only recently decided to give it a try and the experience was astonishing, to say the least. The venue boasts a charming pub and a distinct restaurant. We reserved a table at the restaurant, treating ourselves to a full three-course meal. The cuisine was delightful in its preparation and presentation, providing an excellent culinary journey from the first to the last dish. Our group, consisting of four people, cherished every dish and course. Remarkably, the service was prompt, meticulous, and endowed with a friendly demeanor. The personnel were highly knowledgeable about the food and beverages they were serving, a refreshing deviation from the norm and an added perk. Every aspect of this place was appealing to us, and we are eager to return for more.

We stumbled upon this gem when the first restaurant we had in mind was overflowing with patrons. Our delightful discovery was coated with terrific service matched with top-tier beverages. This preceded an outstanding meal served in a laid-back atmosphere. The ingredients used were incredibly fresh and prepared flawlessly, with seafood sourced from Cornwall and local meats making up the concise yet impressive menu. I am eagerly looking forward to our next visit.

My father's 96th birthday brought us to this place. We found it extremely inviting and considerate, with a splendid ambience. We've experienced numerous a la carte establishments serving minuscule servings, but this wasn't the case here! The food portions were hearty and the quality was outstanding!! Each dish made a statement in presentation and the taste was simply to die for. As we were leaving, the proprietor, Dominique, who was also the chef that evening, took a moment to interact with us. He was such a charming gentleman. Without a doubt, we will be revisiting for another delicious dinner!
